This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Event HAVEN. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of access, removal of content and reporting to authorities.
You may not
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive invitations, phishing links or chain communications.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated means to access the Service except via documented APIs.
- Upload viruses, malware, or content designed to disrupt or damage the Service or other users.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or role, or impersonate another person.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
Organizer-specific rules
- Only invite collaborators with a legitimate need; do not grant roles higher than your own.
- Provide attendees with a clear privacy notice and obtain any consents required by law.
- Do not use the Service to send marketing messages without a valid lawful basis.
Reporting abuse
To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, email abuse@event-haven.com. We aim to triage reports within two business days and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action at our discretion.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, and disclose information as required by law. Decisions about enforcement are at our reasonable discretion.
